2021 PANItForward

About This Campaign

The Pan African Network (PAN) is deeply committed to investing in our members and community by providing financial assistance toward convention attendance through our #PANItForward campaign. This year's convention theme of "Access Granted" charges our network to continue creating access for current and future Black student affairs professionals, and we believe the PANItForward campaign plays a key role in our work. We recognize the barrier that finances can present in allowing underrepresented populations to fully participate in purposeful and meaningful professional development opportunities. PAN is raising funds to provide convention funding assistance (e.g., registration, NEXTGEN participation, hotels, food, travel) for ACPA members in need. Our campaign efforts align with and connect to our association's strategic imperative on racial justice and decolonization, serving as a reminder of the importance of breaking barriers of access for professionals.

Help us reach our goal of raising up to $1000 to sponsor mini scholarships to provide funding assistance based on the needs of our members!

We will be collecting funds between November 5, 2021 to January 7, 2022 - all funds raised will continue our investment in our community by helping members mitigate the costs of attendance to ACPA 2022.

Upon conclusion of the campaign, ACPA members will be able to apply for scholarships prior to convention and a committee will review applications.
ACPA Foundation

Campaign to Support ACPA Foundation

Founded in 1994 during the presidency of Charles Schroeder, the purpose of the ACPA Educational Leadership Foundation (501c3 non-profit organization) is “to enhance the student affairs profession and to generate and disseminate knowledge of college students at all levels within higher education” (Article Three of the Articles of Incorporation). The organization is now known as the ACPA Foundation to more concisely communicate its role as the fundraising arm of ACPA College Student Educators International.

The Mission - The ACPA Foundation exists to support the priorities and activities of ACPA by raising funds and developing resources that help the Association fulfill its mission.

The Vision - The ACPA Foundation will develop sufficient assets to effectively and sustainably fund ACPA’s efforts to provide excellent professional development opportunities to members, advance knowledge in the field, and support the transformative effect of education in the lives of college students.

In order to fulfill its purpose and mission, the Foundation invites members and non-members alike to provide philanthropic support for ACPA's vital initiatives involving research, scholarship, professional development and leadership program.
