At the Humane Society of Marion County (HSMC), every animal that comes through our doors receives the medical care, food, and love they deserve. On average, we invest $600 to $1,000 per animal to ensure they get a second chance at life—yet our adoption fees range from just $0 to $175 to make sure every pet finds a home, regardless of cost.
This is where you come in! Your donation helps us continue offering affordable adoptions while covering the true cost of care for our animals.

Where Your Donation Goes:
All of the funds donated to the Humane Society of Marion County are used directly to care for the animals—covering everything from medicine, spay/neuter procedures, and surgeries to nutritious food, enrichment in a fun play area, and a clean, comfortable bed for every animal each night.

Our organization is dedicated to promoting animal welfare and providing essential services to both pets and the community.
