The Inaugural OAR Open Golf Tournament was a Success! 
Golf Tournament

The first OAR golf tournament went off without a hitch two weeks ago. Players showed up on a cool and sunny September afternoon to show that they had the right stuff to compete! We enjoyed a round amid gorgeous sunshine and good company. After the game, players gathered back at the clubhouse to enjoy dinner, a raffle, and a silent auction. OAR Attends the Manassas African American Heritage Festival 

OAR spent a Saturday at the festival in Manassas in July. As we do every year, we took an opportunity to chat with the community, give out school supplies, and connect folks needing services with essential OAR information. 

A big shout-out to the Workhouse Arts Center in Lorton for gathering school supplies for our clients and their families!

On Sunday, November 3rd, OAR along with over 20 other community organizations will gather at the Springfield Town Center for The Beacon 50+ Expo to Venture into Volunteering! We'll be there showcasing our work and volunteer opportunities. It's the perfect time to get involved! We hope to see you there!

OAR's Winterfest!

The holidays will be here before you know it!

We're excited to once again host our annual Winterfest for the children of OAR clients. If you have children under 18, let your case manager know you're interested in attending along with your children's ages. We'll have tons of toys to choose from and treats for the whole family!
