As we enter 2025, we reflect on the incredible progress we’ve made together and the lives we’ve touched. Thanks to your support, we’ve been able to help countless individuals navigate their reentry journeys and build brighter futures.

2024 Highlights:

-In 2023, we raised $41,000; in 2024, we raised $80,000 at the gala. This is a 195% increase.

-In 2023, we raised $4,240; in 2024, we raised $7,450 for Giving Tuesday. This is a 175% increase.

-In 2023, we had 10 kids attend Kidsmas; in 2024, we had 30 children attend. This is a 300% increase.

-We hosted our first annual Golf Tournament.

-We opened our new office in Loudoun.

-We applied for and were awarded almost $2M in grants in 2024.

-In 2024, 58 Volunteers contributed 6,415 hours of service to the OAR mission.

These achievements are just the beginning. With your continued dedication, we are poised to make an even more significant impact in the year ahead.

We know that reentry isn’t just a process; it’s a journey. As we embark on 2025, we’re more committed than ever to creating pathways to success, breaking down barriers, and fostering chances for all.

OAR Holiday Appeal Recap: A Match Made in Heaven

Thank you to everyone who contributed to our Holiday Appeal. We raised $11,121 and with our match from The Gupta Family Foundation, that puts our total at $21,121!

This funding will support our OAR client families with essentials such as direct emergency services, classes, employment services, and housing support, to name just a few!
