The Nonprofit Solutions Consultant is responsible for managing the entire sales cycle of new customers, from prospecting to close. Responsible for a geographic territory and all nonprofit organizations located there of which we seek to partner.
Immerse yourself in the nonprofit community, become a trusted advisor for nonprofit organizations, and serve as an expert on common software needs and pain points.

The Client Success Representative is a support specialist and is mainly responsible for conversing with clients via live chat & email. Support Specialists resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner for highly customizable Giveffect products.
While the primary function of this role is to respond to client requests via online chat and email, additional responsibilities include performing small data migrations, triaging system issues, collaborating internally to ensure items are resolved with the highest quality, and providing cause and resolution details to customers.
